The Griffith Remarkable Scholarship Unlike other scholarships, there is no separate application process for this scholarship. Once admitted to the university, students can apply for the scholarship.

Griffith Remarkable Scholarship Eligibility
Though there is no update about the scholarship for 2024, we can only assume that the eligibility is the same for 2023 until they say otherwise. To be eligible for the scholarship, you must:
1. Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or .
2. Have achieved a minimum GPA of 5.5 or above on a 7-point scale (or equivalent) in your previous studies. Please refer to the Minimum GPA criteria for suitability.
3. Have applied to study at Griffith by the scholarship application deadline.
4. Meet all academic and English language entry requirements for your chosen undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program.
5. Be enrolled as a full-time student starting in Trimester 1, 2, or 3 of 2023.
How to Apply
To apply for the scholarship, follow these steps:
1. Apply to study an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program at Griffith University.
2. Submit your scholarship application by the deadline (see below). This should include academic records and a personal statement.
3. Your application will be reviewed by a university panel, and you will be notified of the outcome.
Receiving the Scholarship
You must accept the scholarship and your program offer before the deadline to be eligible for it. The scholarship will be withdrawn if you don’t accept it by the deadline indicated in your award letter.
The scholarship will be applied once you begin studying at Griffith, provided you continue to complete the requirements for enrollment. By the census date, you must settle the outstanding balance of fees, as determined by your enrollment.
Terms and Conditions
1. The scholarship is subject to Griffith University’s admission entry requirements.
2. It covers 50% of full-time undergraduate/postgraduate coursework tuition fees only.
3. It is exclusively for international students from countries other than Australia and New Zealand.
4. To be eligible for the scholarship and its benefits, you must be an International fee-paying student. Any change in status will result in the scholarship being withdrawn.
5. You must remain enrolled in the program for which the scholarship was awarded; deferral is not allowed.
6. To qualify for each tuition fee deduction, you must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 5.5 on a 7.0 grading scale.
7. The scholarship does not apply to online, non-award, research, or offshore-delivered programs.
