Today, I began designing the AI-powered customer service interface. This interface will allow customers to interact with an AI assistant for inquiries such as product recommendations and recipe suggestions. The goal is to enhance the shopping experience by providing instant, relevant responses to customer questions. I also researched how to implement the ChatGPT API to enable the AI assistant’s functionality. This involved understanding the API’s capabilities and planning how to integrate it with the existing platform. The day was spent on laying the groundwork for a smart, interactive customer service feature.
