GeniusHub Skills Acquisition Training Program (Edo North)
The skills acquisition program is tailored towards entrepreneurs with the motive of training and equipping them to become successful in their chosen fields.
These programs were carefully selected to cater to existing needs within the Edo State market thereby giving trainees to the opportunity to excel should they decide to further the business aspect upon completion.

Soap Making Training (Edo Central)
The Soap Making training is an initiative of MamaMoni, an internationally and locally recognized organization that has impacted the lives of women in rural communities by providing them with knowledge and skills to improve their long-term income and overall source of livelihood.
The program is billed to cater to women residing within Edo Central senatorial district with the overall aim of engaging these trainees in the Soap Making Factory situated in the same region.

SLOT Nigeria GSM Repair Training
SLOT Foundation Academy, is the capacity-building arm of SLOT Nigeria Limited, is the leading retailer of mobile phones and devices in Nigeria.
The organization’s main name is primarily to help budding entrepreneurs and promote skill acquisition that would create jobs and promote local content. SLOT is proposing to train Edo state youths on mobile phone and laptop repair and engineering.
Internship slots will be afforded to participants in this training to increase their hands-on experience and their likelihood of engagement post-training. They will also be provided with starter packs which include the operational tools set required for optimum functionality.

Entrepreneurship Training (Edo South)
The entrepreneurship training is being carried out by Sabihub a community of Technology-driven entrepreneurs, creatively addressing the issue of Unemployment through Civic engagement, collaborative platforms, and the use of technology; ultimately impacting lives and businesses in South-South, Nigeria.
Program Design:
The entrepreneurship is designed to train 200 entrepreneurs between the age of 18-35. The features include:
- 4 weeks of intensive classes
- 1-week mentorship
- 1 week of practice and Pitch reviews
- Demo Week; selected participants, would display their products and pitch their businesses before potential investors.
Goals:
- Activate SMEs to boost the economy.
- Equip at least 200 new businesses in Edo state.

Career Kickstart Programme (Edo South)
The Career Kickstart program is being executed by GidiJobs, the initiative is designed to help disadvantaged youths become competitively employable within the job market.
It is a career-building platform entrenched with the responsibility of bridging the gap between the knowledge gained from the formal education sector and the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to function effectively in today’s global work environment.
The Career Kickstart program is a 3-week intensive employability and entrepreneurship training program that covers the following areas:
- Business Writing
- Accounts for non-Accountants
- Problem Solving and Use of Initiative
- Workplace Ethics and Telephone Etiquette
- Professional Dress Sense and Confidence Building
- Excellence in Customer Service
- Selling Skills
- ICT Skills
The Target of the program is that 245 of the beneficiaries become directly engaged/self-sufficient upon completion of their training.
The program will create 245 taxpayers within 6-12 calendar months as the partner is going to ensure they are gainfully employed at the end of the day.
